Special Features


Loading of Fuel Cell

1. Push red button to open the fuel door   2. Fuel door opens automatically
3. Insert Fuel Cell   4. Ensure the fuel cell seats well
   
5. Close the Fuel Door.    

Battery Loading

1. Insert the battery.   2. Push battery all the way to the front,
the Battery Knob will hook up automatically.
3. Ensure the Battery Knob is back to
normal position. 		  4. When opening, just turn the Battery
Knob to the direction as shown.
 

After inserting the battery, the sound of fan-turning will be heard and the fan will stop automatically after 1 second. Then, the Green Light will be on that means “Stand By” status.

Red Light indicates battery needs to be charged or the motor may have a fault.
Green Light on means Normal status.    

Nail Loading

1. Insert strip nails into the magazine from
the rear part of magazine.		   2. Make sure whole strip of nails are inside the magazine and go beyond Nail Stopper.
3. Pull the Nail Pusher backward   4. Pull the Nail Pusher all the way to the
end of the magazine.
   
5. Then slowly release the Nail Pusher and the Nail Pusher will push the strip nails to the front part of magazine directly.

Firing The Nail Gun

1. Press the nose to the working piece until the safety device has fully retracted.   2. Press the trigger and the nail gun will fire.
3. After firing, get away from working piece.   4. Release Trigger. ( A complete cycle )

Tool Stand By Function

1. When the tool is not used for 10 minutes, the stand by function will be activated automatically.
(The indicator light will be off.)		   2. Press Trigger, the fan will be re-activated and the Green Light will be on.

Un-loading strip nails

ALWAYS REMOVE THE BATTERY AND FUEL CELL BEFORE REMOVING THE NAILS FROM THE MAGAZINE

1. When unloading, press the black pin
on Nail Pusher and then pull back the
Nail Pusher a little bit and hold it.		   2. Press the trigger and the nail gun will fire.Nail Pusher and then release the Pusher.
3. Press the Nail Stopper.   4. The nails can be taken out from the back
side of magazine accordingly.

Periodical Maintenance: Cleaning upon driving 30,000 nails

1. Use Hex Wrench to open Cover.   2. Clean the Filter or replace accordingly.
3. Use Hex Wrench to unscrew the Cylinder Head.   4. Use Hex Wrench to unscrew the screw on the wire guide in order to remove the wire guide
and take out the wires.
5. Remove wire connected to the motor.   6. Remove the spark plug.
7. Remove Cylinder Head.   8. Replace a new O-Ring.
9. Use a Degreaser Cleaner for cleaning
O-Ring groove and the part of spark plug tip.		   10. Wipe the O-Ring groove with a clean cloth.
11. Inject Impulse Oil around the O-Ring groove.   12. Replace new O-Ring then smear oil evenly over it using fingers.
13. Press down the Piston Set.   14. Use a Degreaser Cleaner for cleaning.
15. Use clean cloth to wipe surroundings.   16. After cleaning, inject Impulse Oil to the sliding part of O-Ring.
17. Push the Piston Set to the highest point.   18. Squeeze impulse oil into C-shape groove.
19. Replace Cylinder Head and make sure O-Ring is seated properly and not exposed.   20. Screw back all the screws and reconnect all the wires.
21. Check again that spark plug and wires are all correctly replaced.   22. Put back the cover and replace new air filter and screw the filter cover securely.

Clearing Jammed Nails

ALWAYS REMOVE THE BATTERY AND FUEL CELL BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE JAMMED NAILS

1. Remove jammed nail using pliers.   2. If the nail can not be removed, open
the Tool Cover.
3. Open the Cylinder Head！   4. Loosen screws connecting Handle and Cylinder by NO.4 Hex Wrench.
 
5. Separate Handle from the Main Body.   6. Remove nails using pliers.
